Teaching Assistant

Pay: Daily Rate of £96.90 – £114
Are you passionate about supporting children in the classroom and helping them reach their full potential? We are looking for dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistants to join primary and secondary schools in Lewisham, providing essential support to students and teachers.
The Role:
* Supporting students in small groups and on a 1:1 basis to enhance learning
* Assisting with classroom activities and adapting materials to support different learning needs
* Encouraging students’ engagement, confidence, and independence
* Working closely with teachers and school staff to create a positive learning environment
* Helping to manage classroom behavior and promote a safe and inclusive space for all students
What We’re Looking For:
* Experience working with children in a school or similar setting (desirable but not essential)
* A patient, positive, and adaptable approach to working with students
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
* A passion for education and supporting children’s development
* Relevant training or qualifications (e.g., CACHE, Level 2/3 TA qualification) is a plus but not required
