Full-Time Teaching Assistant Opportunity

Location: EalingSalary: £90 – £100 per day

Your Role

As a Teaching Assistant, you will:

  • Provide tailored support to students, especially those with behavioural needs.
  • Assist in creating a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
  • Work collaboratively with teachers to implement effective behaviour management strategies.
  • Contribute to the academic and emotional development of students.

What We’re Looking For

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • Experience working with secondary school students, particularly those with behavioural challenges.
  • Strong classroom management skills.
  • Empathy, patience, and a supportive approach.
  • A team-oriented and proactive attitude.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field.
  • Enhanced DBS Disclosure (or willingness to obtain one).
  • Overseas Police Clearances (if applicable).
  • Professional references.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
