Salary: £78 – £94 per day

About the Role
As a Primary Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with teachers to ensure pupils receive the support they need to thrive in their learning. Whether working one-to-one, with small groups, or supporting whole-class activities, your role will be essential in fostering a positive and engaging learning environment.
Assist the class teacher in delivering lessons and engaging students.
Provide individual and small group support to enhance learning.
Encourage confidence, participation, and independence in pupils.
Help manage classroom behaviour and learning activities.
Support children’s social and emotional development in a nurturing school environment.
What We’re Looking For
Experience working with children in a school or childcare setting (preferred but not essential).
A positive, proactive, and adaptable approach to supporting learning.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
The ability to engage and motivate pupils.
A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
