Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist teachers in delivering engaging lessons and activities.
  • Support students with their individual learning needs, both in and out of the classroom.
  • Help create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
  • Monitor student progress and provide feedback to teachers.
  • Foster strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.

Qualifications:

  • Relevant qualifications or experience in education (Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant qualification preferred).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A genuine passion for working with children and supporting their development.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
