About the Role – Teaching Assistant:
Teaching Assistant role within an Early Years class
Provide general classroom support to help create a stimulating learning environment
Assist with planning and delivering engaging activities for young learners
Support the teacher with classroom management and the individual needs of pupils
Help foster a positive and inclusive atmosphere in the classroom
Teaching Assistant Requirements:
CACHE Level 3 in Childcare is ideal but not essential
Experience as a Teaching Assistant, preferably in an early years setting, is essential
Ability to build positive relationships with young children and staff
Passionate about supporting children’s development and learning
Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude
