The School is looking to take on board a highly driven teaching assistant who will be working across both Key Stage 1 / KS1 and Key Stage 2 / KS2. The position will be long-term term leading to a permanent position in the school as a teaching assistant. The selected applicant will be helping students to reach their full potential in all areas of the curriculum including Core subjects (English and Maths) and Foundation subjects (ICT, Art and more,) whilst also developing effective relationships with the children to effectively manage behaviours.
A successful Teaching Assistant will have:
Level 2 or above qualification in Supporting Teaching and Learning in Schools or equivalent qualification
Experience working across Key Stage 1 / KS1, Key Stage 2 / KS2 or both.
A passion for supporting children in education.
Exceptional classroom management skills.
