Your Role Will Include:

Supporting pupils in their learning across a range of subjects

Working with individuals and small groups to provide targeted support
*
Assisting the class teacher with general classroom duties
*
Helping to manage behaviour and maintain a positive learning environment
*
Supporting pupils with additional needs, where required
What We’re Looking For:

Experience working with children or young people in an educational setting
*
A patient, positive, and adaptable approach
*
Good communication and teamwork skills
*
An enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)

Flexibility to work across different schools and year groups
