Welsh-Speaking Teaching Assistants – Primary Schools across the Borough
Location: Rhondda Cynon Taff

Tradewind Recruitment are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Welsh-speaking Teaching Assistants to work across a variety of primary schools in the borough. If you’re passionate about supporting children’s learning and have an interest in working in a classroom setting, we want to hear from you!

Whether you have experience working with children or have a strong desire to help, this is a fantastic opportunity to support students in their educational journey. Child-based experience is preferred, whether paid or voluntary, and it does not have to be classroom-based.

Key Requirements:

Fluent in Welsh (written and spoken)
Previous experience working with children (child-based experience is preferred, whether voluntary or paid)
Ability to support primary-aged students in their learning
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
A proactive, can-do attitude
