We are currently seeking an experienced professional to lead our teams as a Team Leader in the Bridport area. This role is crucial for providing exceptional care and support, driving operational leadership, and managing our dedicated staff to meet and exceed the needs and aspirations of the people we support.

As a Team Leader, you’ll play a central role in managing and inspiring our teams to deliver compassionate, high-quality care. You’ll be responsible for fostering a culture of excellence, innovation, and collaboration, ensuring our services surpass the expectations of our users and regulatory standards.

  • Hours: 37.5 hours per week
  • Pay Scale: £14.84
  • Contract: Permanent

About You:

  • Leadership Excellence: demonstrated ability to lead and develop teams, enhancing service delivery.
  • Professional Expertise: Solid experience in social care, particularly with learning disabilities and/or mental health needs. Prepared to attain or have QCF level 5 or equivalent.
  • Operational Acumen: Skilled in budget management, workforce planning, and regulatory compliance.
  • Strategic Thinker: Proficient in overseeing operations, implementing service improvements, and managing change.
  • Communicator: strong interpersonal skills to maintain positive relationships and promote teamwork.
  • Adaptable and Resilient: Flexible, capable of handling dynamic environments and shifting priorities.
