The ideal candidate will be passionate about delivering high-quality care services and ensuring the well-being of our service users. As a Team Leader, you will play a crucial role in conducting service user reviews, monitoring staff performance, and providing support to our office team.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care or equivalent qualification or working towards.
  • Proven experience in a domiciliary care setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and support staff members.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities effectively.
  • Knowledge of relevant legislation and regulations governing domiciliary care services.
  • Flexibility to work weekends and participate in on-call duties as required.
