We are advertising on behalf of Wingers in Stafford for Kitchen Team Members. They are opening a new store and looking for enthusiastic and hardworking Team Members to join their Kitchen & Store Teams. They are passionate about customer service and NEED YOU to deliver a great experience to their customers.

We are an exciting new, expanding fried chicken brand that started over lockdown and has grown to a number of locations regionally. We are one of the most respected takeaway brands in the local area. We run a simple menu and operation which allows us to maximise our quality and service, creating a #TOP-NOTCH experience for our customers. We cannot do any of this without an enthusiastic team in our kitchens to create this experience.

You will respond to orders in a timely fashion ensuring that you have prepared the best quality food for our customers. You will play a part in making sure that food safety and health & safety standards are being met.

Your role is to prepare the food for our customers to the best standards that we set out from the start. You will follow the correct procedures whether its prep, cooking, customer service, cleaning or Health and Safety.

Your day to day duties will mainly consist of

* Cooking / Preparing & frying food

* Cleaning the work area in line with H&S standards

* Giving first class customer service

* Cleaning the floors and customer areas where necessary

* Taking delivery of stock

* Other associated Kitchen/store duties given by the manager

We offer full and part time positions; no experience is required!

As long as you show us your passion and willingness to learn, we can provide you with the correct training and procedures. Teaching you the Wingers way.

Schedule:

• Day shifts & evening shifts

• Flexitime

• Shifts available Monday to Sunday 7 days a week

• You must be available to work at least some evenings and weekends

• Shift patterns & weekly hours can change from week to week

• Part time and full time hours available

• Hours available between 12 to 40 hours a week

– Previous food, hospitality, retail experience not essential but preferred

– This is a very fast paced, customer facing role. The ability to work at speed, under pressure, and provide exceptional customer service is essential.
