Were looking for an experienced Supervisor from the leisure, F&B or hospitality industry who loves having a varied role and taking responsibility for all aspects of an operation. You would be helping to lead a fantastic team who go above and beyond and believe that every detail really matters.

Carrying out all management duties when on a supervising shift

Upholding the standards and way of doing things set out in How-To Guides

Effectively and efficiently managing shifts to respond to guest patterns, needs, and wants

Supporting the Managers to review and improve how we do things

Helping ensure everywhere is kept spotless and well-maintained

Managing stock levels and building supplier relationships
