We’re looking for Tele-Appointers to engage with businesses across the UK, booking quality appointments with decision-makers whose policies are coming up for renewal. You’ll play a key role in setting up our Business Development Managers (BDMs) to deliver tailored insurance solutions—and in doing so, you’ll build the skills and experience to step into a BDM role yourself, if that’s where your ambition lies.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Making outbound calls using high-quality, pre-qualified data – this is not what I would describe as cold-calling – you are calling decision makers who will be looking for price comparison for a product that they are legally obliged to buy (Commercial Insurance)
  • Speaking with business owners and decision-makers about their insurance needs
  • Booking appointments for our Commercial Insurance BDMs (via phone, Teams, or in-person)
  • Hitting achievable KPIs and unlocking unlimited commission potential
  • Maintaining accurate CRM records and following up as needed

What We’re Looking For

  • A confident, engaging phone manner
  • Resilience, ambition, and a target-driven mindset
  • Experience in telesales or appointment-setting is great, but not essential
  • A strong work ethic and desire to progress
  • Excellent organisation and communication skills

What You’ll Get

  • Base salary of £26,000 – £28,000, depending on experience
  • Uncapped bonus – realistic OTE £45,000, with top performers earning £60,000+
