Telemarketing Executive Responsibilities:

* Work on behalf of a number of clients, performing high volume outbound B2B calls and delivering excellent customer service

* Identify opportunities, generate new business, and qualify leads by building relationships with prospective customers

* Deliver pitches and propositions that meet customer requirements

* Undertake fact-finding missions, successfully identifying key contacts and decision makers and making meaningful contact

* Reconnect with customers to prospect new business and gauge interest

* Follow up with prospective customers to establish the next steps and book appointments

* Liaise with customers to gather feedback that will inform future prospecting calls/actions

* Grow the CRM by adding prospective customers

Telemarketing Executive Skills and Experience:

* Previous experience in an outbound telemarketing or telesales role

* Thrives working to targets and has a track record of delivering against targets, or even exceeding them

* Enjoys sales and generating leads

* Persuasive, enthusiastic, and friendly, able to build rapport on behalf of multiple clients

* Strong communication skills, both verbal and written as communication with prospects will be via phone and email

* Happy to work in a small team and get stuck into any project that comes your way

* Excellent time management and organisation skills, able to switch from one project to another with ease

* Demonstrates good IT skills, confidence using and updating a CRM systems
