The Role:

* Engaging with potential customers is one of the most important aspects of our sales function. Promoting our products and informing a huge range of contacts about the opportunities we could create for them, requires determination and persistence.

* We are looking for Telesales Executives who are hungry for success and love speaking to people on the phone:

Key Tasks:

* Generating Leads for our Broker Managers.

* Calling existing customers to establish their further financial needs.

* Outbound calls to prospective customers to introduce to the business.

* Calling providers of equipment, across a variety of industries, to discuss the benefit of utilising the company’s products within their own sales process.

* Working to specific targets and KPI’s.

About You:

* Experience is not essential but if you have worked in customer service and/or telesales role that would be an advantage.

* You are not phased by hitting and exceeding your sales and KPI targets.

* You are a great communicator, confident and able to interact with people on all levels – from a multitude of different industries and businesses.

* Passionate about building relationships and using your negotiating skills to speak to the decision maker.

* Great numeracy and IT skills, including experience of using CRM systems.

* Persistence and resilience – you don’t give up easily, you’re hungry for success.

* Experience of previous experience within a financial services environment would be an advantage
