We are seeking an energetic Telesales Representative to enhance our clients sales team. This role is ideal for someone with a background in recruitment or sales, who is comfortable with high-volume phone interactions and has a keen eye for detail.

Day-to-day of the role:

  • Work approximately 3-4 hours per day, with flexible morning schedules (e.g., 9:30 AM – 1:30 PM or 9:30 AM – 12:30 PM).
  • Utilise a provided database to contact new and existing clients, focusing on decision-makers like contracts managers and site managers.
  • Enquire about upcoming projects and the potential need for clients services.
  • Gather details about project completion dates and express interest in tendering for contracts.
  • Follow up interactions with emails to confirm interest and obtain further tender details.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in sales, telesales, or recruitment, with a strong track record of hitting targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively over the phone.
  • Organised and detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Self-motivated with a high energy level, suitable for a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and proficient in managing sales databases.
