Job Opportunity: Customer Service Administrator – Ledbury
Location: Ledbury
Hours: Monday to Thursday – 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM – Friday – 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM
Pay Rate: £12.62 per hour
Start Date: ASAP
Temporary Position (potential for longer-term opportunity)

Are you organised, proactive, and passionate about delivering excellent service? We’re looking for a Customer Service Administrator to join a busy, friendly team in Ledbury.

What You’ll Be Doing:
Processing sales orders and handling related paperwork
Answering calls and responding to customer queries efficiently
Managing customer accounts and updating records accurately
Liaising with internal departments regarding orders and product availability
Handling returns, complaints, and supporting service improvements
Using email inboxes and online customer portals to manage daily tasksWhat We’re Looking For:
Previous admin/customer service experience
Strong IT skills – especially Microsoft Word & Excel
Great communication and teamwork skills
High attention to detail and a hands-on attitude
Experience with ERP systems or customer portals (desirable)
