Your new role
This is a newly created temporary Fleet Administrator role working as part of a small team and taking responsibility for managing your own workloads. Duties are varied and will include:

  • Dealing with supplies on a daily basis
  • Managing the team inbox
  • Creating PO numbers
  • Dealing with and logging machinery defects
  • Office administration
  • Answering incoming calls

What you’ll need to succeed
To succeed in this temporary Fleet Administrator job, you will require a minimum of 3 years’ current administration experience as well as be immediately available to start work.

  • You will require a Driving Licence because this is a rural site.
  • Technical administration experience required.
  • Inbox management.
