Would you like to work mornings for a small organisation where you are the main gatekeeper for all visitors and calls coming into the organisation?

What the Receptionist / Administrator job involves

  • Acting as first point of call for all visitors coming into the office
  • Dealing with initial enquiries face to face and over the phone
  • Answering the telephone and taking accurate messages
  • Typing letters and emails and sending out accordingly

Skills required

  • Good customer service skills both face to face and over the telephone
  • Previous use of MS Office including Outlook, Word and Excel
  • Able to work on your own initiative

Other information

  • Part time working Monday to Friday 9.30 – 1.30
  • Easily accessiblevia public transport (Train and Bus)
  • This temporary contract is for around 3 months
