Pertemps are excited to be working with a leading law firm who are looking for an experienced Receptionist on a temporary basis for 4-6 weeks
Responsibilities:
– Be the first point of contact for clients, visitors and colleagues
– Manage the reception area, ensuring it is clean and presentable
– Handle incoming calls, emails and enquiries, directing them to the appropriate person or department
– Manage meeting room bookings
– Maintain health and safety, removing risk slips and trips
– Ensure all visitors are checked into the building accordingly
– Assist with general administration tasks, including data entry
– Coordinate incoming and outgoing mail and courier services
Requirements as a Receptionist:
– Previous reception and front of house experience
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills
– Proficient with Microsoft
– Excellent interpersonal skills
– Organised and detail – orientated
The Role:
– £12.50 per hour
– Full time hours – Monday to Thursday 0900 – 17.30 and 0900 – 17.00 on Fridays
– Part time hours are also available Monday to Thursday 1pm – 17.30 and 1pm – 17.00 on Fridays
