We have an excellent opportunity for a Full-Time Support Worker to work in the Loughborough area, to cover Maternity Leave (9-12 months)
Our shift patterns are a mixture of morning and afternoons inc working a 2 weekends a month
Shift times below
7am – 3pm or 1PM – 9PM or 3pm -9pm
As a Support Worker you will be expected to provide an outstanding level of support that will enormously contribute to the people we support, living a more comfortable, dignified, happy life.
Personal care – helping people to get ready for the day and assisting with bathing, showering, and using the bathroom.
Supporting people to live independently – budget management, paying bills, housework, organising appointments and cooking delicious healthy meals.
Excellent communication skills/relationship building – supporting the person to understand the world around them and promoting positive relationships.
