Your role at Orbit.
12 month contract available
Role available in the Tenancy Sustainment team. Great opportunity if you are looking to build a career in this proactive team. Working in an administrative capacity, you will support the team (Triage Officers, Job Coaches and Managers) to ensure a smooth service for all customers.
You will be involved in reviewing customer files that are under a monitoring status and flagging any concerns to the relevant team member. Other duties will include reviewing workflows to ensure cases are closed in a timely manner, managing customer surveys and responses, sending out documentation for customers booked onto courses, managing some incoming calls and supporting the wider Triage team. This is an admin focused role, with varying deadlines for key reports for the team. This is done mostly using Excel, so this will be a key requirement of the role.
Please note the team do a mix of home and office working. Working patterns will predominantly be within 8 – 6, but flexibility to cover 8am to 8pm Monday to Friday and occasional 8am to 1pm on a Saturday will be required.
