Trade Counter/Stores Operative – Electrical WholesaleTrade Counter/Stores Operative. A Sheffield based electrical wholesale firm require a Trade Counter/Stores Operative to join the team.The Trade Counter/Stores Operative will cover both the trade counter and warehouse serving customers, picking orders, putting stock away and logging goods in and goods out.The new starter may also be asked to cover the Van Driver from time to time, so a driving licence is needed.This is a customer facing role so an enthusiastic and positive approach is a must.The Trade Counter/Stores Operative hours of work are 7am – 4.30pm or 7.30am – 5pm Monday to Friday plus the potential to work paid overtime on Saturday mornings further down the line.All candidates will preferably have knowledge of electrical wholesale or have similar merchant experience and must have some experience of dealing with both customers and carrying out warehouse duties/driving.The basic salary range is £17,992 and £29,120 dependant on age and experience + profit sharing/bonus + benefits.Proactive People is an employment agency and employment business.
