Based in Maidenhead you will join a successful firm voted Mortgage Firm of the Year 2020.
Due to growth, they are looking to recruit a Trainee Mortgage Advisor.
The role offers full training and development, in 2-3 years the successful applicant will be put through their Certificate in Mortgage Advice and Practice (CeMap) exams which is the industry’s professional qualifications.
Salary £19,500 – £23,000 with increases as you progress through qualifications.
Once qualified high rates of commission are payable.
Duties:
* Administering mortgages to offer stage
* Establishing and maintaining relationships with Estate Agency introducers
* Researching mortgage facilities and placing cases with lenders
* Eventually moving on to telephoning warm leads and making appointments
* Finally carrying out mortgage and protection appointments and arranging mortgages
Skills and Experience required:
* Candidates will be bright, enthusiastic, outgoing and personable
* As a minimum educated to good academic A level standard
* Motivated to work to targets
* Able to work in a compliant manner within a pressurised environment
