Role Overview:Join a dynamic Building Contractor team in High Wycombe, Buckinghamshire, specialising in diverse projects including Offices, Hotels, Sports arenas, Shopping centres, Airports, Transport Hubs, and Residential Towers. As a Trainee Project Manager, you will support the management of new and ongoing projects under the guidance of experienced Project Managers. You’ll assist in coordinating projects, defining objectives, managing resources, documenting progress, and fostering client relationships while ensuring adherence to health and safety policies and construction regulations.
Key Duties:
- Coordinate and assist in managing projects.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project objectives.
- Efficiently allocate and manage project resources.
- Create detailed project documentation.
- Cultivate strong client and stakeholder relationships.
- Enforce Health & Safety policies and Construction regulations.
Candidate Profile:
- Experience within the Construction Industry preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel.
- Willingness to engage in ongoing training.
- Qualification in Construction Project Management is desirable.
