The Role:

Supporting children aged 4-11 with a range of SEND needs

Working 1:1 and in small group settings

Helping children to access curriculum content through creative and practical learning

Learning from highly skilled SEN teachers and therapists

Full in-house training and mentoring provided

Ideal Candidate:

No formal experience required – just a caring nature, good communication and a willingness to learn

Background in care, creative arts, youth work, psychology, or therapy is a bonus
