A Travel company based in Central London are looking for a Travel Administrator to join their growing team.

The client is looking for someone who is switched on and has a passion for travel. Full training is provided on the role but you will need to have Amadeus and Travel experience.

Travel Administrator Job Specification:

  • Handling BSP refunds for the team in a timely and efficient manner
  • Answering any customer queries through phone calls and emails.
  • Assisting agents with tasks such as manually building lines in Midoco
  • Working within Amadeus GDS to help with queue management
  • Handling all agent billback requirements

Travel Administrator Requirements

  • To be able to work independently and apart of a team.
  • To have Travel and Amadeus experience is essential for this role.
  • Excellent time management skills and an ability to multi-task, prioritise and respond quickly to the needs of the clients or business.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • To be organised and have attention to detail.
