Turret Operator/Setter Rotating Shifts (6am2pm / 2pm10pm)
Location: Dudley
Pay: £13.00 £14.20 per hour + 15% shift allowance
We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established manufacturer in the Dudley area who are currently looking to recruit an experienced Turret Operator/Setter to join their production team. This is a great opportunity to secure a long-term role with a growing business.
Role Overview:
Location: Dudley
Pay: £13.00 £14.20 per hour + 15% shift allowance

Role Overview:
- Setting and operating CNC turret punch machines to produce precision sheet metal components
- Working from engineering drawings and job instructions
- Performing in-process quality checks and making necessary machine adjustments
- Ensuring machinery is used safely and maintained properly
- Working to production targets within a team environment
Shift Pattern:
- Weekly rotating shifts:
- 6:00am 2:00pm
- 2:00pm 10:00pm
- 15% shift allowance in addition to base hourly rate
What Were Looking For:
- Previous experience operating and setting CNC turret punch machines
- Ability to read and interpret engineering/technical drawings
- Good understanding of tolerances and measuring equipment
- A strong eye for detail and focus on quality
- Willingness to work rotating shifts
