Viewing Agent
Location: Huddersfield
Salary: £23,000 – £25,000 per annum (pro-rata) + mileage reimbursement
Hours: 4 Days a Week within core hours of 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM ; Monday – Friday
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Viewing Agent to join a busy independent letting agency in Huddersfield. Specialising in lettings, the agency experiences high demand for property viewings, making this a fast-paced and rewarding role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting property viewings across the Huddersfield area, ensuring a professional and engaging experience for prospective tenants.
- Completing property inspections and check-out inspections in line with company standards.
- Providing administrative support in the office, including answering calls and updating records using in-house software and Microsoft Office.
- Delivering exceptional customer service, maintaining a professional and personable approach at all times.
About You:
- Experience within a viewing role is preferred.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage time effectively.
- A friendly and professional communicator who can engage with clients and tenants.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- A valid driving licence and access to your own vehicle are essential for this role (mileage will be reimbursed).
