What Youll Be Doing

– Taking inbound and outbound calls to support vulnerable customers with tailored guidance
– Listening with empathy, problem-solving with care
– Working closely with your colleagues in the wider collections and customer support team
– Playing a key role in helping people get back on track during a challenging time
