Our partner school in the Cardiff area is actively searching for a dedicated Vulnerable Pupil Mentor to provide essential support to students in a Specialist School environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the emotional well-being and behavioral needs of vulnerable pupils who have experienced significant trauma.
Work closely with students in both group and one-on-one settings, offering tailored assistance based on their individual requirements.
Develop personalized plans each week that address the emotional and educational development of the pupils.
Collaborate with school staff to understand the backgrounds and unique needs of each child.
Maintain consistency and a long-term commitment to foster a supportive learning environment.
Requirements:
Previous experience working with students who have well-being and behavioral needs.
A compassionate approach and the ability to adapt strategies to meet diverse student needs.
A commitment to the long-term success and stability of pupils in the school.
Position Details:
Full-time role, Monday to Friday.
Immediate start required.
Daily rate of £83.85.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
