  • To look after a section of their award winning 3 Rosette Restaurant.
  • To work to a fine dining standard within this prestigious group, which should apply to all food & beverage operations, and to ensure that these standards are continuously maintained.

What’s required?

  • Previous experience with a 2/3 Rosette Hotel
  • Resilient, creativity, able multitask and can work under pressure
  • Ability to lead and develop their team
  • Able to deliver exceptional customer experiences all the time
