Join our passionate team within South West. Supporting autistic people within their own homes, youll work closely with them, their families, and the wider team to create a relaxed and supportive environment that prioritises their safety and well-being, while promoting rest and comfort.
Experience
Experience in social care is desirable but not essential. Were looking for individuals who share our core values: Collaboration, Compassion, Change Makers, and Contribution.
Comprehensive autism-specific training is provided.
Key Responsibilities:
– Develop and implement personalised support plans.
– Build positive relationships with people, their families and the wider team.
– Collaborate with the person, families, health professionals, and stakeholders to support the persons goals and aspirations.
