Job Title: Warehouse & Technician Assistant Location: Redhill 8am-4.30pm
As a Warehouse & Technician Assistant, you’ll keep our operations running smoothly by managing stock, supporting deliveries, and handling basic product repairs. If you’re hands-on, technically inclined, and love working in a dynamic team, this role is for you!
Warehouse Support:
Manage stock movements, organise dispatches, and maintain inventory accuracy.
Assist with customer deliveries and keep the warehouse clean and secure.
Support facility tasks and stock transfers as needed.Technician Support:
Respond to technical inquiries, perform product repairs, and test new products.
Document procedures and keep customer service updates accurate.
Test and manage lithium-ion batteries safely.
Required Skills:
Basic repair skills and simple electrical knowledge.
Basic IT, CRM, and Excel skills.
Clean, current driver’s license.
