People Solutions are looking for Warehouse Operatives for our client based in East Hermiston.

Day to Day Duties

• Picking, packing, and dispatching orders
• Accurately pick items from stock for dispatch to stores and customers, ensuring quality checks and correct packing
• Process shipping labels for couriers
• Barcode and record stock accurately for effective stock control
• Maintain health and safety standards within the warehouse
• Check deliveries and report any discrepancies to supervisors or management
• Complete all tasks and general warehouse duties promptly
• Stacking shelves
• Build and move pallets around warehouse

Essential Skills

• DUE TO LOACTION MUST HAVE OWN TRANSPORT
• Experience in a busy warehouse environment
• Stacking shelves and picking to order
• Good numeracy, literacy, and computing skills
• Strong attention to detail and self-organisational abilities
• Self-motivated and capable of working in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent stamina and enthusiasm
• Polite, professional and helpful demeanour
