Are you ready to step into a pivotal role with a globally recognised, innovative brand leading the way in food manufacturing? We’re partnering with this dynamic FMCG powerhouse to find their next Warehouse Operatives!

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Accurately picking and preparing goods for the production line, ensuring the smooth running of operations for the following day’s production.
• Managing stock levels and inventory with precision to ensure quality is upheld, and selecting the right products when needed.
• Safely and efficiently handling manual tasks, including lifting and using handheld scanners to ensure every pallet is picked correctly.
• Reporting any missing, damaged, or incorrect items, and resolving discrepancies promptly to keep things running smoothly.
• Operating key vehicles, such as Forklift Counterbalance and Reach Trucks, to handle and move goods efficiently.

What We’re Looking For:

• Forklift Counterbalance and Reach Truck licences are essential for this role (recently expired licences may still be considered).
• A valid UK driving licence is a must.
• You’re hardworking, organised, and bring a can-do attitude to everything you do.
• Health and safety awareness is a huge plus, helping keep our operations smooth and safe.
• Experience within FMCG or food safety is great to have, though not essential – we’re looking for the right attitude and a passion for learning!
