Location: KidderminsterShift: Monday – Friday 08:30am – 17:00pmSalary: £11.44 p/hrContract: Temp – PermPertemps Industrial are currently recruiting for a Warehouse Operative for their client based in Kidderminster. Working on a static day shift in a state-of-the-art facility, the role will involve assembling products by hand, picking and packing orders and assisting with the general upkeep of the warehouse.The Duties of a Warehouse Operative:
- Assemble / re-work products following customer specification
- Quality checking of products prior to dispatch to customer
- Picking and Packing items
- Moving stock to the correct location
- Unloading containers
- Sweeping and general upkeep of the warehouse
The Requirements of a Warehouse Operative:
- Have previous experience of working in a warehousing environment
- Have some assembly experience although not essential
- Ensure pick rate is high and mistakes are minimal
- Have an excellent timekeeping & attendance
- The warehouse can be cold during winter months
- Physical work required, manoeuvring items up to 15kg
- Required to assist with cleaning of the warehouse
