Description
We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client for a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Operative. This role involves a variety of tasks within the warehouse, ensuring efficient operations and contributing to the team’s success.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Receiving, checking, and storing incoming goods to ensure accuracy and integrity of stock.
- Picking and packing orders accurately for dispatch to meet customer satisfaction.
- Maintaining accurate inventory records and ensuring the warehouse management system is kept up to date.
- Ensuring the warehouse is kept clean, organised, and safe at all times.
- Operating warehouse equipment safely and efficiently, adhering to all health and safety guidelines.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a warehouse or similar environment is preferred.
- Ability to lift and move heavy items safely.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
- Good communication and teamwork skills are essential.
- Must have your own transport due to the location of the warehouse.
