We are looking for experienced and dedicated Warehouse Operatives to support our busy Export Warehouse. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your career with a company that offers real growth potential.

What You’ll Do:

As a Warehouse Operative, you’ll be responsible for a variety of tasks, including:

• Operating a Forklift Truck to safely unload, load, and move freight.
• Booking in shipments and updating our in-house system.
• Check weighing freight to ensure accuracy.
• Assisting with PMC builds and freight breakdown.
• Carrying out various warehouse-related tasks to ensure smooth operations.

What We’re Looking For:

To be successful in this role, you’ll need:

• Excellent Forklift Truck operating skills, with a focus on safety and efficiency.
• A full 5-year checkable work and location history.
• Physical fitness and a willingness to take on a variety of tasks.
• Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
• Great customer service skills and an adaptable approach.
• Previous airfreight/logistics experience is a bonus, but not essential.

Shift Patterns:

• 4 on, 4 off
• Day shifts: 07:00 – 19:00
• Night shifts: 19:00 – 07:00
