Key Recruitment are seeking a dedicated and reliable Warehouse Operative/Forklift Driver to join our clients team in Fareham. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse by efficiently handling stock, managing inventory, and receiving processes. This position requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively.
Duties
- Operate warehouse management systems to track inventory and manage stock levels.
- Handle materials with care, ensuring safe loading and unloading of goods.
- Perform heavy lifting as required, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
- Picking and preparing items.
- Maintain a clean and organised warehouse environment to promote safety and productivity.
- Apply basic maths skills for inventory management and stocktaking tasks.
- Operate forklifts safely and efficiently when required, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
Experience
- Previous experience in a warehouse setting is preferred.
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems is advantageous.
- A valid forklift licence is desirable; training may be provided for the right candidate.

£11.44 per hour

Monday-Friday 11:30-20:00
