Job Opportunity: Recycling Operative
Location:Barton-under-Needwood
Pay Rate:£11.44 per hour, paid weekly
Shifts:Rotating weekly, Monday to Friday:
- Early Shift:6:00 am – 2:00 pm
- Late Shift:2:00 pm – 10:00 pm
About the Role
We are seeking 2Recycling Operativesto join our clients on-site recycling team inBarton-under-Needwood. This is a fantastictemp-to-perm opportunity, perfect for individuals looking for stable work in a structured and safety-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recycling Operations:Sort and process materials for recycling, ensuring correct handling and adherence to recycling standards.
- Health & Safety:Follow all site health and safety regulations to maintain a secure working environment.
- Maintenance:Keep work areas clean and organized while operating recycling equipment.
- Team Collaboration:Work effectively with colleagues to meet daily and weekly recycling targets.
Candidate Requirements:
- Experience Preferred:Prior experience in recycling, warehousing, or a similar role is advantageous but not essential.
- Attention to Detail:Ability to follow instructions and maintain high-quality standards in recycling processes.
- Physically Fit:Comfortable with manual handling and outdoor work.
- Reliability:Punctual, dependable, and committed to long-term work.
