Are you a strong administrator with excellent customer service skills? If so, is this the role for you? A well-established company in the Bolton area are looking for a Warranty Advisor on an immediate opportunity to support them on an ongoing temporary basis. There is an hourly rate of GBP13.51 per hour. Full time working hours Monday to Thursday, with an early finish of 3pm on Fridays.
What will you be doing as a Warranty Advisor?
Handling and progressing all customer product/warranty complaints
Raising delivery paperwork and logging any problems
Overseeing warranty repairs and return of vehicles to factories for rectification
Controlling the company delivery diary and drivers
Scheduling weekly jobs for the field service operatives
Authorising monthly drivers timesheets and expense claims
Logging and actioning technical service vehicle recallsWe would LOVE to hear from you if you have the following skills and experience:
