Our client are a market leader as an industrial services provider, they work with some of the world’s biggest companies and have an exciting opportunity for someone with a background across warranty and ideally within automotive manufacturing.

Responsibilities – Warranty Coordinator

Daily operational process flow to achieve internal and customer set KPIs.
Support with team attendance, & absence recording / reporting
Answer, assist and/or direct incoming phone calls & emails.
Being a point of contact for client engineers, suppliers & retailers
Investigating non returns debits
Raising retailer credits
Processing debit queries
Filling debit queries
Qualification/Experience – Warranty Coordinator

Previous administration experience
Highly proficient in Excel, with the ability to analyse and understand a varied range of data in different formats
Experience in a fast-paced, customer-facing role
Ability to manage and deliver operational processes and key work streams to meet strategic objectives and drive efficiencies
History of working to deadlines, delivering management information and reports to strict schedules
