Description

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Water Hygiene Technician for our very well respected client. This role involves a range of essential water hygiene services, including monitoring, cleaning, and maintaining water systems to prevent waterborne diseases and ensure compliance with health and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

* Monitoring and Testing: Perform routine checks of water systems for temperature, pH levels, and microbial content.

* Cleaning and Disinfection: Conduct cleaning and disinfection of water systems, such as tanks, cooling towers, and hot/cold water systems.

* Remedial Works: Carry out necessary remedial work to ensure compliance with industry standards.

* Documentation: Keep accurate records and produce detailed reports for all tasks completed.

* Compliance: Ensure all work adheres to current health and safety regulations and company policies.

* Client Liaison: Communicate clearly with clients, providing advice and recommendations on water hygiene.

* Training and Development: Engage in training to stay informed of industry best practices and regulations.

Person Profile:

* Experience: Prior experience in water hygiene or a related field is beneficial but not mandatory.

* Skills: Strong technical skills with an understanding of water hygiene protocols.

* Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for client and team interactions.

* Attention to Detail: High accuracy in record-keeping and reporting.

* Driving Licence: Must hold a full, clean UK driving licence.

* Flexibility: Willing to travel and stay overnight as needed.
