Weekend Porter
9am to 5pm Sat and Sun (16 hours per week)

£14 per hour
Experienced and immaculately presented Porter required for this exclusive and traditional block. The residents have exceptionally high standards and expectations. The Weekend Porter will work alone unsupervised on the weekend and will take responsibility for managing operations and therefore applicants must have a strong proven track record and have worked in a position of trust and responsibility before, must have good initiative and organisational skills Front of House of house responsibilities such as dealing with residents queries, running errands, opening doors, helping with luggage, calling the lift etc. Carry out four patrols each day. Check each block from top to bottom and the perimeter of the building for security breaches, litter and packages. Monitor CCTV to ensure the building is safe and secure. Provide flat access with prior agreement to estate agents, visitors etc and log keys in/out. Supervise deliveries to ensure trolley’s etc do not damage the doors, walls and lifts. Light cleaning: Including vacuuming lobbies, mopping entrances and leaf clearance. Responsive cleaning should any incidents occur at the weekend. Basic handyman duties: watering garden, changing light bulbs etc. Log all resident requests and weekend activity in the diary. You must have excellent communication and customer service skills
