Location: Cannock
Pay Rate: £12.40 – £13.50 per hour
Hours:
Saturday: 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM
Sunday: 10:00 AM – 5:30 PM

Key Responsibilities:
Supervise weekend team and operations
Open/close the centre (key holder duties)
Prepare food, drinks, and manage kitchen cleanliness
Ensure parties run smoothly and on time
Handle bookings, customer enquiries, and any on-site issues
Cash handling and daily paperwork
Maintain hygiene, food safety, and staff training
Follow health & safety and allergen procedures
✅ Requirements:
Must be 18 or over
Previous customer service and/or kitchen experience
Confident, professional, and organised
Able to use initiative and remain calm under pressure
Knowledge of food hygiene & health and safety is a plus
