37 hours per week, term time only over 37 weeks.

We are looking to recruit an inspirational and engaging individual to identify, secure and monitor work experience opportunities and T Level extended placements for learners on full time study programmes. The position is based at our Blossomfield Campus within the Built Environment.

With excellent communication skills, the post holder will liaise between College staff, students and employers to ensure successful placement, accurate recording, and effective monitoring of students engaged in work experience opportunities. Highly organised and proficient in the use of Microsoft Office, candidates will need to demonstrate a high attention to detail, delivering consistently accurate, high-quality work in a pressurised environment.

Candidates should have a level 3 qualification, experience of employer engagement and excellent administration and digital literacy skills.
