The Role – Year 2 Teaching Assistant
As a Year 2 Teaching Assistant, you will support the class teacher with day-to-day classroom activities, help deliver engaging lessons, and work with pupils in small groups or on a 1:1 basis. You will assist in monitoring progress, supporting children with varying needs, and maintaining a positive, inclusive learning environment. A good understanding of phonics and KS1 SATs preparation is highly desirable.
