Role Responsibilities:
Work closely with students who have challenging behaviour, providing support in one-on-one or small group settings.
Assist with both academic and behavioural challenges.
Record student progress and identify strategies to support their development.
Collaborate with behavioural staff, senior leadership, and class teachers to implement effective interventions.
Support or lead interventions aimed at meeting individual learning needs.About the School:
