The role requires exceptional facilitation, negotiation and diplomacy skills to develop strong and productive partnership-based change around the locally chosen purpose of involving young people in the creation of a pathway that meaningfully connects the existing ecosystem in Merthyr, to support the emotional wellbeing of young people. This will require a solid understanding of the issues faced by partners across the statutory, Voluntary, Community and Social Enterprise (VCSE[HB1] ) and private sectors, alongside knowledge of the complexities faced by young people in Merthyr Tydfil.
